Your Right to Cancel

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully utilized during that period. If substantial credits were consumed or the service used beyond incidental testing, we may decline the refund.

How to Request a Refund

Find your voucher ID

Locate the voucher ID from your payment confirmation or receipt. This is the only identifier we accept for refunds.

Submit an anonymous ticket

Open our Support page and choose Billing / Refund. Include the voucher ID, purchase date, and reason.

Review & eligibility check

We verify eligibility (14‑day window and usage). If approved, we initiate the refund through Paddle to your original payment method.

Refund confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation from Paddle. Timing may vary by payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

Exclusions

  • Significant usage during the refund period.
  • Payments made in cash/crypto may be refunded as service credits only.
  • Lost/deleted voucher IDs cannot be recovered and cannot be refunded.
